Jason Jordan and Ursula M. Luchetti have put their talents together to create these one of a kind cameos that put a creepy twist on a vintage favorite. Jason is the sculptor who creates the faces used in each piece. Ursula then takes Jason’s faces and sets them into her constructed sterling silver pendants. Together they create a unique line of jewelry art. Creepy Cameos are wonderful conversational pieces and each Cameo is one of a kind.
Jason grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and later attended the University of New Mexico. He received his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Arts with and emphasis on Printmaking and Painting/Drawing in 2004. He had a varied and encompassing focus within the arts while in school, and excelled in creating multi-media creations which utilized such processes as book binding, small metal casting, and sculpture. He really enjoys the challenge of finding a harmonious balance between elements that are typically not considered compatible. In 2006 Jason moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue his artistic endeavors and life long dream of starting a silkscreen company, where he currently lives and works out of his home studio in the Santa Monica community.
Ursula grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico and later attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Arts with and emphasis on Small Metal Casting and Construction in 2004. She received her Jewelry Technician Diploma while attending Revere, along with several masters symposium certificates. She was a recipient of the 2006 “Jewelry Technician Intensive Design Award” in Revere’s Box Ring Competition. Her ring was voted “most commercially viable” and was featured in Revere’s 2007 Winter/Spring catalog. In 2010 Ursula moved from San Francisco to reconnect with her college sweetheart, Jason Jordan, in Los Angeles, CA where she currently lives and works out of her home studio in the Santa Monica community.
